Project Details

The Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority house in Ames, Iowa received a full interior refresh. The renovation transformed shared spaces and entry areas into modern, welcoming environments for members and guests. After a complete interior renovation led by Harold Pike Construction, JC Toland Painting completed all interior finishes throughout the facility.

JC Toland Painting provided priming and painting across all shared interior spaces. This included living areas, hallways, common rooms, and stairwells. Each surface received detailed preparation to ensure smooth finishes and proper adhesion. In addition, we used high-quality coatings designed for durability in high-traffic residential environments. As a result, the interior now feels brighter, cleaner, and more cohesive throughout.

We also installed premium wall coverings in the front entry stairwell. Because stairwells experience heavy use, durability and precision were essential. Our team carefully aligned patterns, secured adhesion, and finished clean seams. Now, the entry delivers a polished first impression while holding up to daily traffic.

Together, the painted surfaces and wall coverings create a refreshed interior that balances modern design with the character of the building. Even without before photos, the transformation is clear throughout hallways and common areas.

Overall, this project highlights JC Toland Painting’s ability to deliver commercial interior painting and wall covering installation in Ames, Iowa. We support educational, residential, and institutional facilities with coordinated finish services. As a result, general contractors benefit from streamlined scheduling and consistent quality across multiple scopes.

Finally, this renovation demonstrates our ability to deliver high-quality results on accelerated construction timelines without sacrificing craftsmanship.
