JC Toland Painting partnered with an Industrial Tire Manufacturer to perform electrostatic maintenance painting in their warehouse to repair worn equipment.
During the electrostatic coating process, a mild negative ground charge is applied to the items being refinished. Then a special electrostatic spray gun charges the refinishing material with a positive electrical charge. The material is attracted like a magnet to the item, which assures uniform application, with no over-spray or fog. The key benefit to our Industrial clients to the ability to maintained cleanliness.
