Cedar Stone is a very large, very robust senior living center in Cedar Falls, IA. Nelson Construction built the facility from the ground up, and we were tasked with hanging/finishing drywall, in addition to painting throughout. Due to there being over 125,000 floor square in this facility, though our involvement was minimal (in comparison to the broader scope), there were plenty of hurdles to overcome. In the end, when punch was finally completed and the building was turned over to the owners, they were pleased with the final product and everyone’s attention to detail.
