JC Toland Painting is involved in all-things paint, with a primary emphasis on commercial work. Being so, we often get calls asking whether we do residential repaints–and the answer is yes! We absolutely do.Because painting isn’t one-size-fits all, we are very intentional about which crews perform which projects, across the board. When it comes to residential work, we understand and respect the value of crews who are great with homeowners, who are especially appropriate, kind, patient, and who have high attention to detail and cleanliness.
We pride ourselves on ensuring that every home we paint is handled by our same two residential painting crews. Our lead foremen of those crews have a combined 40+ years experience working with and around homes in the Des Moines Metro. Additionally, we ensure our customers have professional and courteous support from our residential project management team, who walk clients through the entire process from bidding to closeout–and swiftly address any hiccups which may come up along the way.
