Project Details

We helped make a splash in Webster City, Iowa as we brought their city pool back to life. Their main attraction, a big red slide with a long walk-up red staircase, was well overdue for some TLC. Our team of construction foreman and field guys took the better part of a week to disassemble the slide so each section could be thoroughly cleaned and inspected for repairs. The stairwell was sand-blasted to remove all of the existing paint and expose problematic rusted areas. Once all the pieces were prepped, we primed the metals and the fiberglass slide (per their substrate) and applied a high-bond long-lasting exterior waterproof epoxy topcoat to all sections. After allowing everything to cure, our construction team was back reassemble the slide with new gasketing and stainless fasteners. Today, the pool is back to full operation, appreciated by numerous families throughout the Webster City community! Click here to view Before/In-Progress photos.
