Project Details
The St. Luke the Evangelist Phase 3 Expansion is adding new classrooms, a cafeteria, and office and meeting spaces to the Catholic church and school campus, providing additional space to support students, staff, and the growing St. Luke community. JC Toland Painting is providing interior and exterior commercial painting services as construction on the expansion continues.Our interior scope includes painting gypsum board walls according to the project finish plan, along with gypsum board ceilings throughout the new spaces. Our crews are also responsible for painting exposed steel columns and hollow metal doors and frames across various areas of the addition.
The project also includes painting wall-mounted Tectum panels in specified areas of the expansion. These acoustic panels help support sound management within the new spaces while also becoming part of the overall finished design.
Exterior work within our scope includes painting the steel associated with the rooftop mechanical screen, providing a finished coating system for components exposed to exterior conditions.
With classrooms, dining, administrative, and meeting spaces included in the expansion, the project brings together a variety of surfaces, materials, and finish requirements. As construction progresses, our crews will continue working alongside the other trades on site to complete each portion of our scope.
