Project Details

The JBS Fresh Sausage project includes a broad range of interior construction scopes, bringing together structural support, interior finishes, and specialty installations within the facility. JC Toland Painting’s scope of work includes cold-formed metal framing, rough carpentry, fiberglass reinforced paneling (FRP), thermal insulation, drywall, acoustical ceiling tile (ACT), interior signage, and fire-retardant-treated (FRT) blocking at exterior openings.

Our framing and rough carpentry scope helps establish the framework needed for walls, openings, and other building components throughout the project. This work also includes the installation of FRT blocking at exterior openings to support specified construction and installation requirements.

As interior construction progresses, our team’s scope continues with thermal insulation, drywall installation and finishing, and ACT ceiling systems. JC Toland is also responsible for furnishing and installing fiberglass reinforced paneling in specified areas. FRP provides a durable, easy-to-maintain surface well suited for demanding commercial and industrial environments.

In addition to these construction and finish scopes, our team will furnish and install interior signage throughout the facility, adding another component to our involvement in the project.

With several scopes of work under one team, the JBS Fresh Sausage project highlights the range of services JC Toland Painting provides for commercial and industrial construction. From framing and rough carpentry through interior finishes and specialty installations, our crews are equipped to support multiple phases of a project while coordinating with the larger construction team.
