Project Details
The new Des Moines Christian School in Urbandale, Iowa, is currently under construction set to finish in 2027, creating a new educational facility designed to support the school’s growing community and provide students and staff with spaces built for learning, collaboration, and connection. JC Toland Painting is contributing to the project through multiple phases of the interior construction, providing metal stud framing, drywall, and painting services throughout the facility.Our scope includes metal stud framing to establish interior walls and spaces throughout the new school, followed by drywall installation and finishing as construction progresses. By performing both scopes, our crews are helping take interior spaces from the initial framework through finished wall and ceiling surfaces ready for final coatings.
JC Toland is also providing painting services throughout the facility, completing specified finishes as areas of the school reach the appropriate stages of construction. With framing, drywall, and painting all included within our scope, our team is involved from the early stages of the interior buildout through the finishes that will help define the completed spaces.
Large-scale educational projects require consistent coordination as multiple trades work throughout different areas and phases of the building. Our crews continue to work alongside the project team to keep each portion of our scope moving as the new school takes shape.
