Dave & Buster’s, a well-known entertainment and dining destination, opened a location near Jordan Creek Mall in the Des Moines Metro. This high-profile commercial build-out included full interior finishing work completed by JC Toland Painting. Our team provided interior painting and specialty wall covering installation to deliver a durable, cohesive, and visually engaging space for guests.JC Toland Painting completed all interior painting throughout the facility. This included dining areas, gaming zones, bar and lounge spaces, and supporting administrative rooms. First, our crews performed detailed surface preparation, including cleaning, sanding, and priming walls and ceilings. As a result, each surface achieved strong adhesion and a smooth, long-lasting finish.
In addition to painting, we installed all specialty wall coverings, including FRP panels and vinyl wall coverings. FRP panels provide durable, low-maintenance protection in high-use and moisture-prone areas. Meanwhile, vinyl wall coverings enhance design while adding additional surface protection in feature areas. Our team carefully aligned seams, finished corners, and maintained consistent installation quality throughout the space.
By managing both painting and wall covering installation, JC Toland provided a streamlined finish package. The general contractor benefited from simplified coordination and consistent results across all interior surfaces.
