Project Details
Tenant improvement projects often require a combination of specialized trades working together to transform an unfinished or existing space into a functional environment tailored to a client's needs. At Amenteum, JC Toland Painting provided a comprehensive range of interior construction services that supported the buildout of the facility and prepared the space for occupancy. Our scope included cold-formed metal framing, rough carpentry, and the installation of in-wall fire-retardant-treated (FRT) blocking and plywood sheathing to support critical building systems and future equipment needs. The project also included thermal and moisture protection measures, as well as sound-deadening insulation within interior walls to improve comfort, privacy, and overall building performance.
To support safety and code compliance, our team completed firestopping at the top and bottom of full-height wall assemblies and installed hollow metal frames throughout the space. Additional work included gypsum board installation and finishing, creating clean, durable wall surfaces ready for final finishes and occupancy.
JC Toland also furnished and installed base cabinets, countertops, and fiberglass reinforced panel (FRP) systems in designated areas, providing durable, low-maintenance surfaces designed for long-term use.
Through careful coordination and attention to detail, JC Toland helped transform the space into a functional environment that met the project's performance, safety, and operational requirements.
