Project Details

The Alta Practice Facility was designed to provide athletes with a high-quality environment for training, development, and recreation. As part of the project's finishing scope, JC Toland Painting completed a wide range of interior and exterior painting services that helped bring the facility's spaces together while protecting key building components.

Inside the facility, our team painted walls, ceilings, doors and frames, steel stairs, structural beams, ductwork, conduits, and exposed piping throughout the building. Additional work included painting prefinished liner panels and metal wall panels within the main recreation area, creating a cohesive appearance across a variety of substrates and architectural features.

The project also included painting exterior guardrails and steel columns, helping protect these highly visible elements from weather and everyday wear. To complete the exterior improvements, JC Toland abrasive blasted and repainted the facility's signature panel sign, transforming the previously bright red feature into a refreshed focal point that complemented the overall appearance of the property.

From exposed building systems to architectural finishes, the project required careful surface preparation and coating application across a diverse range of materials. The completed work helped create a polished, professional facility that supports athletes, staff, and visitors while providing long-term durability throughout the building.
