Prairie Business Park required a coordinated approach across multiple phases of construction, with careful attention to both building performance and long-term durability. JC Toland Painting provided a variety of services that supported the project's structural systems, interior finishes, and exterior appearance.Our team completed cold-formed metal framing and non-structural metal framing throughout the project, helping establish the framework for future tenant spaces. We also performed rough carpentry work, including the installation of a precast treated wood cap, along with sheathing and thermal insulation to support the building envelope and improve overall energy efficiency.
Inside the facility, JC Toland installed hollow metal frames and mold- and mildew-resistant Type X gypsum board. All drywall surfaces were finished to a Level 4 standard, creating smooth, consistent walls ready for paint, finishes, and occupancy.
Exterior improvements included painting and the application of specialized concrete texture coatings. These systems were selected to enhance the building's appearance while providing additional protection from weather, moisture, and everyday wear.
