Robinson Inc. involves a variety of interior construction, painting, and specialty finishing services throughout the facility. JC Toland Painting's scope includes metal stud framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, fiberglass-reinforced paneling (FRP), and interior and exterior painting.
Our team's framing scope includes light-gauge metal stud framing for interior walls and ceilings, along with fire-retardant-treated (FRT) blocking and the installation of hollow metal door frames. Crews are also responsible for installing sound-batt insulation in designated walls and ceilings, as well as acoustical caulking at sound-rated wall assemblies to help reduce noise transfer between spaces.
Throughout the interior office buildouts, our crews are installing fire-rated and moisture- and mold-resistant drywall, complete with Level 4 finishes on exposed surfaces. Our scope also includes acoustical ceiling tile systems, access panels, and fiberglass-reinforced paneling (FRP) in designated restrooms and janitorial spaces. These materials help provide durability, accessibility, and functionality in areas that experience regular use.
In addition to interior construction, JC Toland Painting is completing extensive painting work throughout the facility. This includes painting gypsum board walls and ceilings, hollow metal doors and frames, interior columns, and exposed stair steel. Our exterior painting scope includes concrete walls and protective bollards, with pressure washing and surface preparation completed before painting to help ensure proper coating adhesion.
One of the notable aspects of this project is the combination of office buildouts and larger industrial spaces, each requiring different materials, finishes, and installation methods. From acoustical treatments in office areas to painting exposed structural components, our crews are working across multiple areas of the facility to meet the project's specifications.
