Commerce Park in Papillion, Nebraska, is a commercial development designed to provide functional, flexible space for businesses in the growing Omaha metro area. JC Toland Painting contributed to the construction of the project by providing metal stud framing services.Our scope of work included the installation of metal stud framing throughout the project, helping establish the framework for walls and interior spaces within the building. This phase of construction plays an important role in defining the layout of a space and preparing it for the trades and finishes that follow.
Metal stud framing requires precision from the beginning. Proper layout, installation, and coordination help ensure walls, openings, and other building components are positioned according to project plans while keeping subsequent phases of construction moving efficiently.
