Athletic facilities demand coatings and finishes that can stand up to heavy use, changing weather conditions, and constant visibility. At the Hawkeye Dugout, JC Toland Painting provided a combination of high-performance exterior coatings and detailed interior painting to help protect and enhance the facility.On the exterior, our team applied a high-performance coating system that included an insulative coating component. This system was selected to improve durability and thermal performance while providing a long-lasting, uniform finish designed for exposure to the elements.
Inside the dugout, JC Toland completed painting of CMU and drywall walls and ceilings, exposed structural elements, hollow metal doors and frames, and structural steel components. Careful surface preparation and application ensured a consistent, durable finish appropriate for a collegiate athletic environment.
From exterior protective systems to detailed interior finishes, the project required coordination across multiple substrate types and coating systems. JC Toland delivered a complete solution designed to enhance both the appearance and long-term performance of the facility.
