As one of the most significant construction projects in the region, the Mutual of Omaha Tower demanded exceptional coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality finishes across a large-scale commercial environment. JC Toland Painting provided a comprehensive range of painting, wallcovering, and specialty coating services throughout the project.Our scope included painting walls, gypsum board ceilings and bulkheads, exposed structure ceilings, exposed ductwork, miscellaneous wall penetrations, hollow metal doors and frames, wood doors, elevator doors, and wood base. In addition, our team applied specialty finishes such as green screen paint and completed detailed preparation and painting of fire extinguisher cabinets to seamlessly match surrounding wall finishes.
A standout component of the project was the installation of approximately 5,000 square yards of vinyl wallcovering throughout the facility. This extensive wallcovering package required precise installation and coordination to achieve a consistent, professional appearance across multiple floors and tenant spaces.
Beyond architectural finishes, JC Toland also completed concrete floor sealing and intumescent fireproofing coatings to support the building's long-term durability, safety, and code compliance.
