As the Des Moines metro continues to grow, Waukee, Iowa has become a key hub for entertainment, dining, and community events. One of the most notable additions is Vibrant Music Hall, a premier live entertainment venue just outside Des Moines. Designed for concerts, events, and large gatherings, the facility reflects the rapid expansion of commercial development in the region. JC Toland Painting was proud to contribute to the finished interior of this landmark venue in Waukee, IA.As a commercial painting contractor in Iowa, JC Toland Painting worked closely on the construction of Vibrant Music Hall. Our crews spent months onsite completing painting and finish work across the building. As a result, our scope is visible throughout both public and back-of-house areas of the venue.
Our painting scope included exposed rafters, roof decks, walls, and interior trim. Each surface required careful preparation and consistent application to achieve a durable, high-quality finish. In a live entertainment venue, visual impact and long-term performance both matter. Every coating system supported both design intent and durability needs.
We also completed extensive work on exposed structural ceilings. These overhead systems required experienced application across large, open areas with limited access. Our team focused on precision, consistency, and clean visual continuity throughout the space.
In addition, JC Toland Painting installed vinyl wall coverings in high-traffic areas, including restrooms and the main entry. These finishes provide both durability and a refined appearance for guests entering the venue.
