JC Toland Painting has provided central Iowa with exceptional commercial and industrial painting services for more than 10 years. Now we are pleased to announce the recent opening of our new office location in Iowa City to better serve our eastern Iowa customers.
We have already begun work on several large projects in eastern Iowa and look forward to others throughout the rest of 2019. Projects that are close to completion include Latitude at River Landing in Coralville and Breckenridge Apartments in Iowa City. Latitude at River Landing is a five-story, 656-bed student housing development, including a five-story, pre-cast parking garage, which is nearing completion. Another student housing project, Breckenridge Apartments on South Dubuque Street in Iowa City, is looking to be complete for the 2019-2020 school year. We are also part of the renovations at South East Junior High School in Iowa City, a phased school project. Two of six total phases are currently complete.
In addition to large school-related developments, we have begun a recoating exterior paint job for Unity Point’s Trinity Hospital campus in Bettendorf in early June. We will soon start work on The University of Iowa Newton Road Parking Ramp, painting the exterior of the metal on the east and west sides of the ramp. Other scheduled projects include a remodel of the Avid Hotel in Cedar Rapids, slated to begin later this year.
In addition to our menu of interior and exterior painting services, we offer services such as gas pipe painting, high-performance coating, electrostatic painting, and sandblasting. We are excited to have the chance to work more easily with new and existing customers from our new Iowa City home.
