Meet JC Toland’s October Employee of the Month, Foreman Dale Aldridge.
Dale is a foreman/painter and a favorite among our residential customers. His good eye for details and passion for each project has earned him customer praise over the course of nine years with the JC Toland team. When not working, you can probably find Dale on a lake fishing, which is where he will be spending his well-deserved PTO day he earned as Employee of the Month. His favorite fishing spot is up north on Lake of the Woods.
